24 Independent Living apartments for individuals age 62 and older or disabled, arranged in 4-plexes and situated in a quiet, country-like setting. Apartments feature one bedroom, bathroom, kitchen with appliances, living room, and a patio that overlooks the courtyard. Each unit is equipped with an emergency call system and two units are wheelchair accessible. The Community Center houses the laundry facilities and mailboxes, and is often used by the residents for a variety of gatherings, including family reunions.
	Nestled among large shade trees, this Independent Living complex has 8 duplexes comprised of 12 one-bedroom apartments and four wheelchair accessible two-bedroom apartments. These ground floor units are available to seniors or disabled individuals. Apartments are equipped with appliances and emergency call system. Laundry facilities and mailboxes are located close by in the office building. The screened barbecue building is a favorite place for the residents to enjoy outdoor activities.
Family living complex has 10 duplexes comprised of four three-bedroom and 16 two-bedroom apartments. These units feature a living room, one or two bathrooms, full kitchen with appliances and dining area, washer and dryer hook-ups, and a patio. Parking is close to the units with plenty of security lighting.
