TherapyHalstead Health & Rehab offers a range of inpatient and outpatient therapy services to meet the needs of its patients. Whether your need for services at Halstead Health & Rehab is short or long term, we have the type and intensity you are looking for. Depending on your need for Physical, Occupational, Speech Therapy or a combination of services, Halstead Health & Rehab has the staff to accommodate you. Our experienced staff provides services in a large therapy room with modern equipment. We will work with you to determine what course of action is appropriate, and establish goals to meet your needs. |

NursingHalstead Health & Rehab is a Skilled Nursing Facility that provides services through trained Registered and Licensed Practical Nurses twenty-four hours each day. Some of these nursing services include I.V. medications and fluids, wound treatments, tube feedings, catheter and ostomy care, respiratory treatments, injections, blood glucose monitoring, tracheotomy care, pain management, nutrition assessment and management, monitoring of acute medical conditions and palliative care. Professional nurses continually assess each resident’s medical condition so that acute conditions can be responded to quickly and chronic conditions can be managed appropriately. |

Food
Halstead Health & Rehab prides itself on providing excellent meals to our residents and families. Meals are served directly to residents in our dining room by use of a steam table so food is always fresh. Residents are encouraged to have family and friends visit them at meal times where each resident is given several free guest meals each month.
Our team of dietary professionals works to assure that residents have the proper nutrition that fits their specific dietary needs while maintaining an appetizing, enjoyable experience. No home would be complete without having a well-stocked pantry of nutritional, but fun snacks. Whether it’s pie, cookies, ice cream or rice crispy bars, we like our residents satisfied. |
