OVERSIGHT TASK FORCE

Committee Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop ideas that allow businesses and the community to market the image of Halstead collectively. Come up with ideas that give Halstead a competitive marketing image.
• Develop, recommend and provide oversight to outside promotion/marketing ideas. These would be activities that promote Halstead business and the community outside of Halstead proper. (For example: Kansas Sampler Festival booth and promotional video.)
• Develop programs to help support local schools and their activities.
• Recommend to the Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors adjustments in revenue and expenditures that affect the Oversight Task Force.
