Committee Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule a yearly fundraising event.
• Coordinate and schedule a November merchant open house.
• Coordinate and schedule the annual Christmas Celebration
• Develop, recommend and provide oversight to in-town Promotion/Marketing activities. These would be activities that promote the relationships between the community businesses and individuals within the Halstead area. (For example: Shop Halstead First campaign and Main Street Beautification.)
• Recommend to the Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors adjustments in revenue and expenditures that affect the Retail Committee.
